Need help developing a new software program

Hi

I need a program developed for a website concept. Actually the concept is not new it would just be new for a particular niche.

There would be free users and a paid upgrade user. Users would sign in and then web pages from certain standard templates would be customized slightly for them with plenty of options and plenty of upgrade options. These pages would each have their own unique url/code so I would be hosting them all as well.

How would I have something like this written?
How do I keep my ideas protected along the way?

Please let me know if anyone can point me in the right direction.

    You might like to use the Butterfly Script from Mike Filsaime.
    and have a programmer create an add-on/plugin.

    The Butterfly script (worth $1k which is free) will handle
    all your membership management, options, product delivery and automation.

    It might be a good platform for you to start off.

    "These pages would each have their own unique url/code so I would be hosting them all as well." You can take this step a bit further and generate subdomains or even host customer's domains over your script transparently.
