Stumped on WordPress edit button

I have completed my blog and saved my changes. When I used another computer I was able to get into my blog but at the bottom of each page there is an "edit" which woould allow anyone to change my information. I have seen a "publish" button but wherever it was I could not get it to work. I couldn't find information on the site. By the way, is there any place where I can get more information on WordPress? I'm just fumbling around. Thanks

Visit your site's Wordpress Administrative Dashboard (http://www.yourblogdomain.com/wp-admin/) and log out. Visit one of the pages and see if the "edit" link is gone.
