Integrating with an existing sign-up form

Hey Everyone!

I'm using a Wordpress theme called "intrepidity." It features it's OWN sign-up form as part of the theme in the top right corner of the site (Intrepidity WordPress Theme | Top Blog Formula). In the dashboard, there's a place for HTML code to integrate with the list, but I can't figure out which code to paste into this text box.

It just says "paste HTML code from aweber, constant contact, iContact, etc. here." The only code I can get from MailChimp is an ENTIRE opt-in box.

How can I integrate a MailChimp list with this existing sign-up box?

Thank you!

Adam

  • im having the same problem - would love a solution
  • Have you tried pasting the entire optin box code which you get from mailchimp? I haven't used mailchimp, I am using aweber.

    • Hi there.

If you can PM me the HTML code from mailchimp and the HTML code from the themes opt-in box I can fix this for you.

      Regards,
      Martin

  • Switching from MailChimp to Aweber did fix your problem? Strange. Did you try to contect the MailChimp technical support?

    • I don't think it was the switch that fixed the problem. I just didn't like mailchimp's interface and tools.

Try pasting the mailchimp script and see if it works too...
