Please help while uploading file on RegNow

HI, I am using RegNow for selling one of my products. The file I want to upload is in Zip format and can be sold only in this way.

After upload starts, I get an error after a long time saying,

"SwP Lite can only be used on Windows exe files"

Do you know how to overcome these problems? :rolleyes:

Is SwP Lite a desktop software?

  To me it would seem the problem is exactly as stated.
  
  SwP Lite can only be used on Windows exe files
  
  meaning unless your upload is a .exe file, the upload won't work.
  
  Wish I could help more.
