How do I set up a countdown clock on a web page?

I need to set up a countdown clock on a web page. But that's not all... when the clock strikes zero, I also need the page to change.

However, I have no idea how to approach it. Can I do it with PHP alone or will I need JavaScript/JQuery or Flash?

Any ideas?

      Thank you. That script might work out for me.

      But I'm still kind of wondering if there's any way to do it with PHP alone. (My guess is that there isn't.)
