I searched in Google and my windows 7 help and can't find what i know is a simple answer. Today I copied and pasted some unicode in my notepad. Now everything I open in notepad is displaying unicode. The files are not encoded in unicode. I can't find how to switch back.

Can someone help me please...please....?

    This should work:

    1. Open Notepad
    2. Click File->Open
    3. Select a file to open and choose "ANSI" under "Encoding."
