Wordpress Template Option

Hi Guys
I am trying to install a sales template in my wordpress blog. I already ftp the template and create a new page but i do not have the TEMPLATE OPTION in my wordpress ( the one that appers under attributes).
Is there anyway i can get that option back in my wordpress?

      I just updated to wordpress 3.00 but the option is still not there.

      I have "Publish" and then down there "Atributtes" but not "Templates" :confused:
