I have a canonical issue causing duplicate content problems for me. My content is accessible at http://www.mysite.com/subfolder/default.aspx and http://www.mysite.com/subfolder/ It's like this on all pages. I'd like to redirect all of the files up to the subfolder level.
Redirect all /index.html to subfolder?

There is great documentation out there on how to do this w/ Apache server and .htaccess. However, I'm on IIS and can't seem to find clear instructions for it. Add to that...I'm just the SEO manager and the web developer and network admin don't know what I'm talking about! ugh!
Anyone have a link to some resources? Or other ideas to do this?
