Need some help from knowledgable programmer.

I recently had someone set up a site for me. I was thought of as someone else for a month and it didn't get done. When they did set it up they did it in less than 12 hours and then took another 2 days to plugin a video.

Now the website is functional but is weird. When they tested it when they set it up everything went right through, but when I started to learn how to use it. One of my entries almost took twenty-four hours to even show.

Just wandering if anyone would be willing to take a look and see if they could help me out.

The first thing that comes to mind is you might have a caching issue.
