Urgent I need PHP help with my script

Hi my site has crashed and hostgator won't put it back up unless I optimise my script to run faster or get a caching plugin/addon. Is there a PHP specialist out there that can help me with this urgently as all the time my site is down I am losing money.

    It's an article script and there were too many submission robots that caused the server to crash. I need to make the script go faster.
