My Domain Host Is Gone! Will my credit card be charged still.

I hope this is the right place to put this thread.

I registered my domain with a while back. It is set to automatically bill me for renewal which I am sure comes up in october.

The problem is, they went bankrupt. My site is still up and running though. I did a whois search with multiple whois search engines and I've gotten these results:

Whois Server:
Referral URL: Domain Reseller | Start Your Business with Wild West Domains
Status: clientDeleteProhibited
Status: clientRenewProhibited
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Status: clientUpdateProhibited
Updated Date: 16-jul-2009
Creation Date: 24-sep-2008
Expiration Date: 24-sep-2010

NOTICE: The expiration date displayed in this record is the date the
registrar's sponsorship of the domain name registration in the registry is
currently set to expire. This date does not necessarily reflect the expiration
date of the domain name registrant's agreement with the sponsoring
registrar. Users may consult the sponsoring registrar's Whois database to
view the registrar's reported date of expiration for this registration.

Current Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, INC.

Domains by Proxy, Inc.

Registered through: Domains Priced Right

So as you can see, I'm a little confused cause it says my domain is registered with "Wild West Domains, Inc". But it also says "Domains By Proxy, Inc." and "Domains Priced Right"

Which one is it. My domain is still being hosted by my company IX Web Hosting. But it isn't registered with bigzigdomains anymore. Nor do I have an account with any of these other registers that it says my domain is with.

I'm not to concerned with getting control of this domain. It's a dieing website I have lost interest in. I just want to make sure when it expires that the auto renewal doesn't come into effect and charge my credit card. I'm pretty sure it won't, cause I doubt when the company went bankrupt they were allowed to hand over credit card information. But I would like a second opinion on this.

I guess if it does get charged I can call my credit card company and tell them these people weren't authorized to charge it.

What do you guys think about my whole situation.

Like most Comapanies Offline or online i beleive its up to the inslovement company that looks at the assets to business to see what can be saved so no If you are worried about your charged being charged request a new card form your provider and get the old one Cancelled that way they wont have access to the credit card on file.

Normally 9/10 of companies who are bankrupt wont normally do that.

Hmm .. I don't think they are going to charge you again.

If you have their contact email, contact them. Maybe try calling to the bank's customer support too ?

Wild West Domains is GoDaddy's reseller arm, which your bigzigcomains was evidently working through, and who is the actual registrar. Domains by Proxy means that you probably chose the privacy option when you purchased the domain.

    Contact GoDaddy.

    Dear Thorick:

We ran across your post while searching Google for postings about Domains By Proxy ("DBP"). DBP is a private registration service that you purchased at the time you purchased your domain name. This means that DBP's contact information displays in the WHOIS database instead of your personal contact information. Although we don't know for sure as we don't have access to your domain account, we suspect that when the company you purchased your domain from went out of business, all of the domains it registered were probably transferred to a different company, Domains Priced Right. Domains Priced Right is a Wild West Domains reseller and Wild West Domains is the Registrar of your domain. We suggest that you contact Domains Priced Right or Wild West Domains to find out whether the domain is set to auto renewal as well as whether your credit card is set to be charged.
