Customizing Wordpress - How long?

I have a wordpress (thesis theme) already loaded onto a site.

I have uploaded images and logos to media library, plus categories and pages to navigation.

How long should it take an outsourcer to customize header, sidebars and footer?

Any comments appreciated

It shouldn't take long at all - maybe an hour or so?

  Speaking from experience, it can take up to 3-4 days, depending on their workload. If you are curious, ask the freelancer exactly what their workload is, and offer a bonus for early completion.

I do such tasks in 24-48 business hours depending on work load.
