Suggestion needed for WP Jobs board plugin

Hi,
I am looking to set up a jobs site based on WP, would love suggestions from fellow experienced Warriors about a good plugin / theme for the same.
Should I get a custom plugin made or is there any ready to go plugin.

    What sort of features do you want i the plugin?

    The reason I ask, is that one of the existing classified sites/plugins might work.
