Software Developer Needed

Hi guys,

I need to have a simple piece of software developed for an online member portal. It's an online form I need created which has a few calculators and drop-down options. I also need the portal to have the ability to automatically upload data from an excel document into the relevant sections, if this is at all possible.

If anyone knows of a good developer, please let me know.
