All my WP tag pages are completely blank?

Hi,

I am having a problem with almost all my wordpress blogs, the tag pages are completely white, nothing else on them.

One of them was actually ranking very very well, 3rd position, it has since dropped to page 5.

Is anyone else having this problem, I dont think it was there before my last update.

Do you think it is a plugin or something interfering? I just wanted to check here and see if this was happening due to the update, if not I will go through and check all the plugins.

  • Oops, sorry here is one such page/site:

Shy Gamers | Ashley Walker -- Shyness Integration

I should mention that the rest of the sites is fine, I am able to login and do anything. Its just the "tag" pages.

    • Ashley,

I definitely think it's a plugin problem. Because if you view the source of that URL you posted to the tag page, the page is there, it's just not viewable.

I would try deactivating all plugins and see if the page comes up...If it does, activate each plugin one by one until you identify the bad one

If you discover it's not a plugin issue, send me a pm and I can take a look for you.

  • Oh wow thank you both! I really appreciate it!

Harrison, this is the second time you have saved me! You are awesome man!

Karen, I will go ahead and install that plugin. Mind if I ask why you think I need it due to the plugin problem? Looks a grea plugin though anyways.

Thanks again, amazing how much help you get on this forum from members!

    Ashley

P.S. went and deactivated ADP, tag pages are showing

    • Hey Ashley, you’re welcome man!

      @Karen
      Code:
...but you also identified for me that his WordPress blog needs this plugin:
That is an important plugin to have but I am also curious about what led to the recommendation of it.
If it is in regard the way I identified the problem, I just used the Firefox firebug plugin which shows the source code and all the CSS styles used, included from plugins. The security plugin won’t block the source code view.

  • Because one of the things Google does is check that the CSS or style applied to text does not hide it (display:none, or 1pt white font on a white background for example)

    • Oh I see, so the plugin helps that.

      Thanks
