Any Sites that are cloned that you know of are similar in functionality?

It does not have to be as complex, but should have the basic idea and functions.

    looking over the code.. it looks like a custom job and not a script..

    i might be wrong on that.. but it certainly has been customized if it was a script of any kind...

      Ya that particular site looks custom....

      You can tell just by the process... time to start learning some scripting and database communication.

      There may be a similar solution within a CMS but I have not come across it.

    Definitely custom, the business model is similar to odesk.com and elance.com, but focused on bitting jobs for contractors. It's a lot of work.
