VB Spyntax Parser

Hi,

Does anyone have VB.NET code for parsing Spyntax spinner markup they'd be willing to share? I'm super busy and don't want to take the time to figure it out myself.

    • Spyntax is string markup used for randomly spinning words and phrases so as to generate a variety of results. It's used for spinning articles and such into uniquified content.

      Here's a simple example:

      {we|We|I|i|my husband and i|my son and i|my son and I|My son and I|my family|My family} {came from|came here from|came to Texas from|vacationed to Texas from} {Germany|Spain|Canada|Vermont} and {really like|liked|quite liked} the {food|service|atmosphere|environment} {at this place|here}{.|!|}

    It looks like a fairly standard sort of generic tokenising system.

  • OH, do you want it parsed as in converted to a final string (insert random elements here, etc.

    Or do you want it parsed as in returning a parse tree of object you can then use for othr stuff?

    • I want code that will parse, randomize, and return a converted string. Actually, It's going to need to return converted paragraphs. And the braces can have embedded braces.
