Need an error message decoded

I got this message on my website when I tried to go into my main menu to access a page.

Not Found

The requested URL /home/pets-petinformation was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.14 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at naturalpetshealth.com Port 80

The last time I was in the site everything worked fine. I talked to the web host and they said it was a Joomla problem. The site was put together with Joomla and I am using one of their templates. Can anyone help me figure this out?
