I Need A Reliable Coder... FAST!

Hi

ive decided in order to fix the issues my new site has been having i need to bite the bullet and fire the old coder and get a new one.

The site is having some major flaws atm.

I need a reliable master coder, that has lots of experience and can work on the fly.

The site is coded in PHP with CSS style sheet and on javascript.

Im willing to pay and id prefer if you where local. Im in Melbourne.
