Building a site in FusionHQ

I am fairly new to IM. I bought Fusion for the ease of use (I was a SQL developer - still consult..)
Maybe I am wrong, but please help me..
I want to promote Affiliate products by using Fusion.
I will capture the lead in Fusion, want to give the visitor an EBook as gift, and then route him to the sales page of the supplier of the product I want to sell.
Are you available to do this for me (at a cost) please?
I am now stuck in my campaign - the ad words campaign is set-up - this is the only thing to get done then it can roll.
