How do you make Posts in WP without a date showing?

I want my blog posts to be more evergreen by not having the date they were posted showing up on each blog post.

I've seen many blogs like that, but I can't find info on how to do it.

Please let me know the procedure.
(hopefully it's simple as I'm not very programming literate)

The Thesis (premium) theme has a simple checkbox option to remove this, along with the edit link, posted by, etc.

You could try the periodic posts to automatic review your posted post at time interval you chose. This makes your blogs look more real and great for ranking.

Yeah, think you have to play with the source code a little as there's no option in the control panel..
