Video uploading

Hi
Can someone recommend a way for me to upload a 7 minute video/audio to my site that doesn't take 2 hours to upload? I am using camtasia, my file size is 900,000,000 bytes and it's in mp4 format.

Any idea what would work? I need high quality video since they are instructional videos.

That's too big for a 7 minute file, even with good quality.
You must have done something wrong while encoding the file.

Unless you make the file smaller there's nothing you can do about it.
