How To Embed External Video Into Forum Post

Hey everyone,

Does anybody know how I would embed an external video from my web server
into a post here on the forum?

I tried using the basic embed code but nothing...

It's a .SWF file...

any clue on how to do this?

    I don't believe this forum supports the BBcode for embedding for just any flash objects.

    However, if you post a link to a youtube video, it'll automatically be embedded.
