locked out of my mac

I just loaded integos new anti virus and rebooted and now its saying that there is an internal error and I cant log on or rest. any help here?

  • What OSX version?

    Power off manually.
    Hold 'D' when powering on. Run extended hardware diagnostic.

    If it doesn't run, get your install disc II out and boot with it.
    Run the EHD from there.
