Looking For A Warrior With Programming Skills

Hello All-

I'm not a programmer and I could use some help from someone who knows what they're doing. I have a couple simple problems with CSS that I can't seem to resolve. One has to do with getting a column to align correctly, the other deals with a page failing to call display information correctly from another site when it is displayed in IE.

If you know of an experienced programmer or you are one yourself and wouldn't mind to help, please PM me.
