Without the video production included, for the business profiles / categories you're talking about a few weeks if you want all the fancy stuff. It looks like this is a local 'directory' website where they feature a video for the business. You could drag the thumbnail from the videos in and make them a little more prevalent.

You'd want some sort of data entry/categorization screen as well to populate your database.
