[HELP!] Problem with running camasia studio video

I am unable to watch videos produce by camasia despite installing java and flash player. Here is the error message:

Any idea what happen? I am using Firefox browser.

  • Maybe Javascript is disabled in Firefox?

    1) Go into your menu and click on Tools, then Options.

    2) Click on the "Content" icon at the top of the window.

    3) Make sure the "Enable Javascript" box is checked.

    Hopefully that fixes it!

    • if you have the 'no script' plugin installed (in FireFox) you
      will need to allow the domain that the video is hosted.
