Nofollow Tag for WordPress Register Form

Would anybody be able to tell me where to put the nofollow tag for a WordPress registration page? The register.php file doesn't have a <head> section, which is where the nofollow tag is supposed to go. The nofollow tag in the <body> section is not valid. Where do I find the <head> section for this, so I can put the tag in there?
