We have Action PopUp, Version 2.45 http://www.actionpopup.com/ and want to insert the code on vbulliten forum (like this one), so that when a visitor comes to the forum from the search engines, a Hover pop up comes, darkening the rest of the screen offering to get their optin (offering a newsletter for eg)
