Wordpress Plugin for Popout contact form?>

Started a cool site called SEO TIME INC and wanted to know how I can get a popout that is static on the side where the twitter follow link usually is so I can have a cool form for the users to fill out.

Any ideas?

  I'm not sure what you're asking for.
  
  Do you want a plugin that creates a popup box to collect optins when the user clicks a link?

Hi,
You can create a simple contact form in html and can use jquery plugins to show that contact form in popup.
