Wordpress Issue

Maybe you can help me out. I had set up a blog. So the file path in my ftp would be "buildmuscleandsixpackabs" folder- "blog" folder. Now I wanted to do something different so I changed the first "blog" folder to "blog1" and added a new "blog" folder with different contents. Now when I go to buildmuscleandsixpackabs/blog1 it doesn't look the way it use to. What could of went wrong?

  • Check the database and you'll see that the path is still the previous one. What version of wordpress is it?

    • Ok how do I change the path and to what? I uploaded the latest version of wordpress 2.6.2
  • Yep Ross is right.

    If you need to install another blog you will need a fresh install.

    Can change this website path from your database. Below is the details
    - wp_options (table Name)
    - siteurl (fields name)

    Change this variable from database. This only will change the site url. Their are many more change related to database required.
