Need a Programming Firm - For A project

I am in need of a programming firm for a project i need to create! In a nutshell: Need my own online link empire. More involved, but brief description:

500 WordPress articles sites - each on unique IP and different C CLASS block

500 WPMU Sites - each on unique IP and different C CLASS block

Need a programming firm as to the best route to take!

Please no freelancers on this project, because the investment is too huge to play trial and error!

All suggestions would be highly appreciated!

  • I have about 100 wpmu blogs now.not all on different IP's; when I have a large project like this I use a programming firm in another country'I have used them for about 2 years and they know wpmu and wp/php very well. If you want a bid on this be more specific; I have a good relationship with them and know who are the best coders.
