Is anyone coding plugins or standalone interfaces for Twilio and/or OprnVBX?

OpenVBX has part of what I'm looking for but actually has too much.

If there's a coder familiar with Twilio and/or OpenVBX please PM me.

I know I could go to Odesk or something similar but thought I'd give a Warrior first shot.
