Need Help With PHP Symfony - Will Pay

I need help with a site that is written in PHP Symfony.

Two options here:

1) I will pay someone to do the changes I need done at your rate.

2) I will pay someone $50 if you give me a great source that I end up using. Please do not refer oDesk or Freelancer Etc.
