Unauthorized Redirect

My webmaster tools tells me I have a redirect chain that needs to be removed. The file say's stuffer/files/1.htm

I have been on a witch hunt through my code all day looking for this and I cant find it, any suggestions? I have searched all hidden files too.

Have you taken a look at your .htaccess file? A redirect could be in there.

What hosting provider you are using?

You should check out control panel for forwarding options. From there you can manage and delete all redirects.
