Making statistics of product sales?

Hi,
I have different products I am selling online and I would like to make some statistics. Right now I am using Excel and put it all in by hand which is very tedious and not very clear.

I would love a program or a more sophisticated excel sheet that shows all the relevant data.

I guess a program automatically pulling all the data from paypal is not possible?

    Yes paypal offer the API and I have found a neat little program that is exactly what I was looking for: Putler Putler - Paypal Business Analytics on desktop - Early Access Program
    Unfortunately it is still alpha version and has a few bugs

    Is there any other program that makes use of the API as well? For me this is a great alternative to the sluggish always-timing-out paypal.

      what did you use in your online payment? Credit card ? Paypal ?
      For Credit Card, you can use Merchant Account.

      For Paypal. They provide the test account and live paypal online payment script. Hire a programmer knows the merchant / paypal script and API.

        Enigma, for the last few months, I have been developing a Windows based software app that may be exactly what you are looking for. It's like a "Microsoft Money" app, but exclusively for PayPal.

        The way it works is that PayPal allows you to export reports. My software will import the reports and give you a "check book" type GUI in which you can keep track of all entries including adding, editing or deleting entries as well as many additional features.
