Apache 2.0 Compliance Code

I am looking for sample snippet of Apache 2.0 compliant PHP code, simple basic code. I have a host that's informing me of a coding problem. Not sure what part of PHP coding would make things compliant.

More specifically, certain types of code can trigger a security module on apache 2.0 thus rendering the code "Forbidden" or inaccessible. In other words, 403 Erros upon execution.

If you've had any experience with fixing this, please let me know how you did, if via .htaccess or mod_rewrite on or off. Right now I'm dealing with an issue tha can only be fixed at the server level due to non-compliance.
