Sell Product with MRR

I need to know how I would go about selling a product for $7 with the MRR for $17 and you buy the MRR so you can sell it for $7 and get 100% commission.

Do I give away 100% commission for both the product and the MRR or just the $7?

Do I need a special script for this
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

There's a couple of possibilities.

1.Have the two options on the one sales page with separate buy buttons leading to separate download pages from the payment processor you're using(Paypal?).

2.On the download page for the basic product have an OTO offer (upsell) for the MRR rights.

No you do not have a have a special script to set this up.
