Do you know any free PHP-supporting host where allow_url_fopen
can be enabled? I am looking for such a host now, but it takes me
getting registered there every time in order to check their php
core configuration and it takes time. So, if you know such a free
host, please let me know.

    My experience with those free hosting is that they limit you to the bare minimum to force you into upgrading to the paid account.

    I would recommend using hostgator.com there support is great and they can help you out with configuring your host also they have a very cheap started host if you are looking to save some money.
