Wordpress Form Plugin?

Hey all wordpress users,

I have been asked to put together a website for a golf tournament. Of course I will use wordpress. One of the elements they want is a sign up sheet for golfers. Ideally, something like this: A name field for each golfer in the group and the hole they'd like to start at (it's one of those different tournaments, I think. I am not a golfer so bear with me, lol). One they hit submit, they should be taken to a checkout page.

To keep things simple I can have multiple buttons for paying,depending on how many golfers are in their group (they can choose based on what they entered).

Here's the tricky part, for me anyway: As each golf hole is chosen, as the hole they'd like to start at, they would like it eliminated from the choices for the following golfers who come to enter their details.

Is there a free plugin (It's a bit of a favor, I'm doing here) that can do all that? Or even come close.

I would appreciate any advice or info.

    I really doubt there's a plugin that will do that out of the box. If you can't do the programming for this yourself, you should probably hire someone.

      Yes, that was actually the first thing I thought of doing. However, as I mentioned it is a favor and it can't cost me out of my pocket. If I can't find a free solution then I will go back to them and tell them they need to throw some cash into the pot.

    Thats a tricky one, since different "holes" have different price tags. You'll need something to calculate X number of players and X holes = final price.

    Tricky one.

    Probably you'll end up using a normal form for "Reserve" and then send a link with Paypal button to customers.

    Personally, that would be my option.

      I will think of that as an option. Appreciate the input.

      Do you live in Portugal? My Mom's side is Portuguese, scattered within a 1 hour radius of Lisbon.
