Is there a TinyMCE desktop application?

Anybody know if there'is a desktop version of TinyMCE editor and if so can you link me download link? Can't seem to find it if there is.

System: Win 7, 64bit

    Why would there be? It's written in JavaScript. Desktops have the advantage of compiled code. I suppose something could be hacked together in Adobe Air, however. Why do you think you need one?

      It would be to long to explain here being my circumstance is unique. Anyway there is a way, I just needed to install xamp localhost software. Thanks for input.
