here are some of the specification.

- a member must pay a certain amount to be approved to do anything on the site after he or she might have joined.

- only the administrator can approve a member manually

-when a member reaches gets 6 people under him, he will split out and move to the next stage.

- referral gets commissions and also grand commission.
