filezilla help

Hi, i cant upload in filezilla it keeps saying this:-
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 3 of 200 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 14:56. Server port: 21.
Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Command: USER rt39465
Error: Could not connect to server

but i don't know why? help please

    It seems like you are trying to connect anonymously and not putting your user name and password.

      Either that or they banned the username

    Did you connect this before or you are trying to connect to this server first time. If it is first time make sure you have the right settings. You are connecting to port 21 but some hosts have that changed as well.
