Help Me Get My Sites Up and Running on Windows VPS...

Hello Warriors,

Long story short, due to one and other things I have to
move to Windows VPS. So far I'm only used to Linux
shared hosting environment so I'm kind of lost here.

I got IIS 7 installed already (the host did that for me).
I also got FileZilla Server installed, added a user and now
I can connect to the FTP from my PC.

Now is the time to set the NS and add my domain (and
add-on domains). Thing is, I don't know how!

Can you guys please lend a hand here?

Thanks a bunch,
Ray

P.S. Don't tell me to get a cPanel... it's an additional $12/mo!

Is there any good reason you can't get a Linux VPS? Linux VPSs are generally less expensive so I'm curious as to why it seems Windows was your only options.

By the way, there's several good free control panels that would work great if you had a Linux VPS.

Because I need to run some Windows apps (Sick, Market Samurai,
etc.) on their broadband connection. ISP's here are slow as snails.

    Thanks for the head up

      Ok then.

Well, as far as a free cPanel alternative, maybe something like WebsitePanel would do the trick. If not, I'm sure there's something else out there that's free and would give you the cPanel like functionality you need on your VPS.
