Win HTTP error help-whats wrong?

Maybe this is the wrong forum im in but hey!!
Hi ! Im trying to get a sitemap made in GsiteCrawler but they cant do it
because i get WinHTTPError 2147012889 how can this be resolved?

The error text is "The server name cannot be resolved." In other words, it can't find the server. Are you typing in the server name properly? Does in work in a browser.

  yes i think i did with a slash on end of website name or is that the problem

you should try this error in browser it will help you
