Need interactive form in wordpress

Hi,

I have a website installed on wp and I need to make a couple of pages interactive. For example, one is for the visitor to get a life insurance quote. So I need boxes by the questions where they can fill out the answers and a submit button at the bottom of the page to go to my email.

Anyone know how to do this?

    Exactly in the same way as you'd do with a non-WP site: create the pages with the form. You may need to create several Page templates in your theme in order to make everything to work.
