How to instace DLL created in VFP in Visual Basic?

Hello Guys,

I'm having a problem and I don't know how to instance DLL created in VFP in Visual Basic. I tried to do this with the createobject("library.class") but it doesn't worked.

I have an active x error...

Does somebody know how do this?

Is this VB 6 or VB.NET?

  It's VB.NET
  
  Basically what I want is instance it and use their methods in webservice, I undertand that the technology is .NET although I don't care as long it's Microsofts technology.
