Front Page 2002 Question

I created a new website - April/2011 and noticed a script inserted by FP at the top of the HTML section which refers to w3 dot org in part.

Is this MSN's spin on the DocType?

w3 refers to World Wide Web Consortium. No worries about that. I'm more concerned that you're still using Front Page 2002. Yucky, yucky code.
