Need Help Setting Up A Slide Deck w/Colorbox on a Wordpress Site
Hi,
My name is Mike Deiure and I have a site called rockguitarpower.com
I am trying to link up some new content and have found a setup that I want to use but am having trouble implementing it.
I want to use the slide deck plugin (Free jQuery Slider Plugin - jQuery Slideshow | SlideDeck) along with Colorbox (WordPress › jQuery Colorbox « WordPress Plugins) to show a bunch of different videos.
The end result of what I want to achieve can be seen here: SlideDeck v.1.2.2 Lite Example
Main thing to keep in mind is that this is a static html site, not wordpress. I'm trying to set this up in wordpress.
I've found a post that explains exactly what to do, but some of the tech stuff is just out side of my abilities. You can see that post here: http://vanvalkinburgh.org/blog/4233
My main reason for wanting to do this is because I have a bunch of videos that are all going to load from my S3 account. Instead of putting each video on top of each other, the slide deck will help keep them neat and organized.
I want to use the colorbox plug in so that each video will show up in a seperate window and load seperately. If they are all on the same page and people try to play more than one, the page won't load that well.
I'm willing to pay for someone to help me set up a template to get this working on my site so I can then copy and paste it for all the other videos I want to do this with.
