Quick ? My inline-how do I find it

Need to implement code in my inline...but now sure where it is.

A point in the right direction would be appreciated :- )

This is most likely a difficult question to explain so maybe it will help if I tell you guys what I am doing. I need to put inline <body style="overflow:hidden;">
In order to remove the scroll bars on a fanpage...so would I put this after the closing header or after the begining body etc..

There should only be one opening <body> tag, which must come immediately after the closing </head> tag.
